How does my order get personalised?

We've aimed to make this process as easy as possible. Here's how it works:

Once you reach the checkout screen, you will be prompted to add your Practice details
For any item you have ordered that needs personalisation, we will use this information to send you an initial proof
When you receive your proof, you will have an opportunity to advise any amendments
If you need to make changes, there is a very easy way to select and add new details such as staff or even another Practice (we know many Practices are part of groups and partnerships that have more than one location)
You can either approve your proof with one click or if you've made any amendments, we'll automatically send you a new proof
Once you are happy, you simply approve the proof and your item goes straight into production
At all times, you can always call us FREE from a landline on 0800 1 303530 or we will often call you just to check we have all the right information or if we have any query

      WILL THE ITEM BE EXACTLY THE SAME COLOUR AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE?

      Every care has been taken to use images that most accurately reflect the actual printed colour of stationery. However, this is tricky due to screen settings that you are seeing the website on and therefore may seem to vary. If you are very concerned you can always request a printed sample in the post.

      HOW DO I CHOOSE SIZES?

      Our letterheads all comes in a standard A4 size. Our leaflets all come in a standard A5 size. You can choose the size of the posters and we sell these in A4 size, ideal for smaller spaces or the back of the loo door, A3 and A2 which are great for reception and waiting areas. A1 and A0 are bigger still and great for outdoor pavement spaces.

      WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

      You will be charged at the point of ordering.

      CAN I MAKE AN OVERSEAS ORDER?

      At the moment we do not deliver overseas.

      I FORGOT TO INCLUDE SOMETHING IN MY ORDER PLACED EARLIER TODAY. CAN I ADD TO IT?

      Once your order has been placed you are unable to add further items. However, if you place more than one order on the same day, you will only pay delivery for one. In the process of making your additional order please ensure you request free delivery in the special instructions box.
