This stylish double sided appointment card is offered in a choice of colours and fonts. The appointment card provides space for your patients name, appointment date and time, and the name of their dentist on one side. Your practice contact details are printed on the reverse, enabling your patient to get in touch and change their appointment details if needed, resulting in fewer missed appointments. Appointment cards measure 85mm x 55mm and are available for purchase in various quantities.

For physical products, we offer FREE delivery on every order over £100. This will be applied at the Checkout when you complete your order. For smaller orders we've tried to keep the price down as much as possible and charge just £5.95 UK postage for every order under £100.
