Feedback and suggestions can be hugely beneficial in helping you to continue to uphold excellent levels of customer satisfaction. This suggestion box features a poster display, to attract your patient's attention, as well as an integral holder for your suggestion forms.

The box is accessed from the base and constructed of solid colour acrylic plastic to ensure confidentiality. It can be used as a freestanding unit or wall mounted using the keyholes provided.

For physical products, we offer FREE delivery on every order over £100. This will be applied at the Checkout when you complete your order. For smaller orders we've tried to keep the price down as much as possible and charge just £5.95 UK postage for every order under £100. All delivery options are subject to availability and working days exclude public holidays.
